Chef's Dinner Series is pleased to invite you to a one-night-only pop-up dinner event to savor the flavors of Top Chef Masters' Carmen Gonzalez. Celebrated chef and culinary artist Carmen Gonzalez has been spicing up kitchens and gracing dining rooms for more than 25 years with her unique blend of modern American cuisine and Latin influences. Garnering national recognition, she has devoted her world-class talents towards supporting a variety of culinary and non-culinary charitable organizations across the country.

Among her many accomplishments, Chef Carmen opened Carmen at the Danforth in Portland, Maine where she refined her signature cuisine drawing from the best of New England ingredients. In recognition of her outstanding food and service, Carmen at the Danforth was awarded Best Restaurant in Maine by Eater.com and 4 Stars from The Portland Press Herald. As a TV star, Chef Carmen hosted “La Chispa de Chef Carmen Gonzalez” reaching more than 20 countries in over 20 million households in Latin America.

Combining her culinary talents and flair for showmanship, her dinners are as fun as they are exquisite.   • Third Plate: Grilled Local Lamb T-Bone, Smashed Fava Beans, Rouille
